so finaly things are getting forward. I have got Nokia5510 LCD and modified the SW so that I can show much more information on the LCD. Since transceiver is dual band it's sensible to have dual band display. See attached photo:

On the photo are Weekend VHF/UHF transceiver, below is PWM power supply (0-18V/2A).

Nokia 5510 LCD has proven to be great since it can display many information. On the photo you can see it displays active freq. (large numbers) and "second" freq. which is easy accessible with a short press on the encoder switch.

I have upgraded SW since last time, now it can also scan two freq. that are displayed. In the presence of signal it stops and stays on that freq. This is handy when you want to monitor two repeaters of your favour.
